Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the RunState website at runstate.one (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The RunState product (the dashboard and agent) is provided separately under its own customer agreement. These terms cover the Site only.

The design partner programme

The Site lets eligible Australian MSPs request early access to RunState. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on us to provide access, and participation is at our discretion and subject to any separate agreement we enter into with you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, not submitting false or another person’s details, and not using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by RunState or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. RunState is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Ubiquiti Inc. “UniFi” and “Ubiquiti” are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc., used here for descriptive purposes only.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis for general information. RunState is in active development, and information about features, availability, pricing, and compliance is indicative and may change. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunState is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
