Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RunState (“RunState”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, runstate.one, including when you request early access to our design partner programme. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

The RunState product (the dashboard and agent used by customers) is provided under a separate customer agreement and is not covered by this website policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the “Request early access” form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the number of UniFi controllers you manage, and any optional message you include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security, reliability, and performance. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your access request and assess fit for the design partner programme;
  • To communicate with you about the programme and your enquiry;
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate this site and respond to enquiries:

  • Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to us by email;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery;
  • Microsoft 365 — receives and stores the email of your enquiry in our mailbox.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Overseas disclosure

Some of these providers process or store data on servers located outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to assess and manage your participation in the design partner programme, and as required for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including limiting who can access enquiry data and relying on reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us at accounts@runstate.one. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
